About Us

Wendy Anderson started dancing at the age of seven eventually progressing through to the very highest levels of IDTA examination status. Wendy started teaching twenty five years ago and is now qualified as an Associate and Member in various IDTA branches.   

David Anderson started dancing at the age of three, Trained for 4 years at Performers College under the direction of Brian Rodgers. Studying a National Diploma in Dance and Musical theatre.  David now teaches at Anderson Dance Group part time, when not travelling the world working on various shows etc.,

Anderson Dance Group has been established in Billericay for fourteen years. Teaching children from the age of 3 years upwards. First class is always free. If your child is not sure if they will like it or not, send them along for a free lesson.  Ring for details.

Classes are available for children from the age of 3 years upwards. An IDTA syllabus is followed and incorporates Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Paso, Waltz,  Quickstep,  Rock ‘N’ Roll and many more  which introduces the children initially to basic body and dance co- ordination. Disco and fun dances are also taught. As the children progress they will be moved up through a structured class system.   

Ballet, Musical Theatre and Singing classes are also available.

Private Tuition is also available for adults and children.
